Job Description

In this role, the successful candidate will support the various department heads to fully implement the set processes and optimise team performance through talent acquisition, performance management, talent development and enhance communication processes.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with other departments to support their business and operational requirements, resolving problems and issues and implementing HR initiatives and best practicesResponsible for the recruitment and selection processes – including sourcing, interview logistics, background checks, offer and acceptanceResponsible in updating the career page on our website and postings on job portalsResponsible for recruitment initiatives with colleges, holding roadshows/career talks, participating in job fairs and recruitment via social mediaOwnership of employer brandingEnsure performance reviews are done properly and in a timely mannerGather data and qualitative information, and undertake analysis to prepare monthly manpower reportsPrepare Training Needs AnalysisWorking collaboratively with other departments to implement effective capability development plans for their teamsEnsure proper onboarding process at all levelsConduct exit interviewsHandling of disputes and disciplinary issues at outlet levelPutting plans into action for employee engagementUphold the Company’s principles and promote a harmonious and healthy culture at all levelsRequirementsAt least 3 years of direct experience in talent management and recruitment, and/or Organisation DevelopmentThose with experience in retail or F&B will have an added advantageAbility to work in partnership with other departments and with other HR team membersMust be an extrovert who is not afraid to take up new challengesAbility to communicate directly and diplomaticallyAble to work effectively under pressure, and to organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple tasksThrives in a fast-paced environmentMust possess own transportation and willing to work beyond normal hoursMust be resourceful and organised
