Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION (Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas):
Administer & deliver comprehensive HR services to the business units in the following areas:Compensation & Benefit (payroll, attendance, medical, etc), Recruitment & Selection (sourcing, interview), Performance Appraisal, Training & Development, Employee Relations, etc.Liaise with government authorities on HR related matterMaintain & improve HR policies & procedures in line with company’s business direction and operations from time to timePrepare HR reports and other ad hoc report require by the managementLiaise with overseas sister company on HR related matter

JOB REQUIREMENT / SPECIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of manager level working experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position.Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.Ability to communicate, interact across all levels internally and externally.Independent, self-motivated, self-initiated and positive minded.Knowledge and understanding in statutory requirement.HR knowledge in South East Asia countries is an added advantage.Full-Time position(s) available.
