1To lead entire HR Department to set parameters and monitor the progress of subordinates to ensure reports and task are submitted on timely basis
2Responsibilities cover all aspects of HR management and functions
3Responsible for payroll process in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance to local regulations
4Have sound knowledge of Employment Act and IR
5To oversee industrial relations functions by providing advice to disciplinary issues and ensure that actions taken are in the conformity with labor law/employment act and company policy
6Plan and implement recruitment activities to ensure organization human resources requirement is met
7Responsible in staff counselling where disputes are involved
8Guide and supervise junior staff on daily matters
9Initiate and implement for staff welfare activities (team building, birthday celebration, etc…)
10Maintaining a secure work facility to protect organization’s confidential information and property
11Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments
12Other related work assigned by the management from time to time
1Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
2Minimum 5 years experience in HR or related field
3Minimum 2 years experience in managerial level
4Good and sound knowledge in Employment Act & Industrial Relations
5Good working knowledge on manpower planning
6Competent in both written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin with strong consultative and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate to all levels
7Able to work in a fast-paced environment
8Mature personality, team-player with well developed leadership style
