Job Description

Manage and monitor the maintenance schedule of office equipment including furniture and fittingFollow up on the daily running of the cafeteria canteen and liaise with caterer regularly To manage and monitor stationary purchase storage and distribution Planning and coordinate company activities event such as birthday party lunch with MD and company anniversary Develop system on service facilities provided by the company such as locker uniform maintenance schedule of office equipment and company billing Produce reports and presentations Maintain company policies and procedures Undertake any job assigned by the superior from time to time Job Requirement -Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies Administration Management Human Resource Management or equivalent Fresh graduate Diploma with excellent result encourage to apply and work with us Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloadGood communication and interpersonal skills Good in English and computer skill Excel
