Job Description

-Manage and monitor the maintenance schedule of office equipment (including furniture and fitting)Follow up on the daily running of the cafeteria/canteen and liaise with caterer regularly.To manage and monitor stationary purchase, storage and distribution.Planning and coordinate company activities/event such as birthday party, lunch with MD and company anniversary.Develop system on service/facilities provided by the company such as locker, uniform, maintenance schedule of office equipment and company billing.Produce reports & presentations.Maintain company policies and procedures.Undertake any job assigned by the superior from time to time.Job Requirement:-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business. Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.Fresh graduate (Diploma) with excellent result encourage to apply and work with us.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloadGood communication and interpersonal skills.Good in English & computer skill (Excel)
