Job summary

We are looking for an experiencedHuman Resources Assistantto provide support in various Human Resource Operations which include but not limited to Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Training and Development

Reporting to theHuman Resources Manager, the ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in people operations

Essentials duties and responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits



Assist the HR Manager with the administration of monthly Overtime calculation

Maintenance of leave management and staff benefits

Assist the HR Manager in the Annual Appraisal process and update HRIS system



Compliance



Ensure Compliance documents are signed and filed on record

Coordinate and report all compliance requirements (statutory, labor law, Statutory Reporting) on a regular basis



Data Management



Maintain human resource database to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment-related information (personnel filing, org chart, headcount report, HRIS)



Employee Relations



Assist the HR manager for all the employee relations matters

Assist the HR Manager to implementation all ER related projects/activities



Recruitment, selection, and placement of personnel



Assist the HR Manager to coordinate the administration of the Recruitment and Selection processes, working with the HR Manager to assist in all facets of the recruitment and selection process

Facilitate new employee information to IT, payroll and public bulletins

Coordinate On-boarding of new staff – local and foreign (including probation and confirmation review)

Coordinate new work stations for newcomers, changes to office layouts



Key Skills andCompetencies



Possess at least Bachelor/Diploma in Human Resource or relevant field

Able to start immediately is added advantage

Able to travel in within Malaysia as when required

Required Language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia (added advantage ; Mandarin)





Excellent communications skills & interpersonal skills

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Good knowledge of human resources principles and practices

Understanding of the relevant technology, procedures, practices, acts and regulations and processes used within the HR Department

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs / SQL is added advantage
