RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with management team to develop and cascade the organization s policies guidelines for the employees Ensure timely and accurate execution payroll processes are in compliance to statutory contributions and deductions Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process Review update and maintain proper filing of employee files and dataPreparation of HR- related letters and documentationsHR administrationsManage and complywith Company s standard securing and protecting the confidentiality of documentsPerform other general administrative as assigned by superior from time to timeREQUIREMENTSAt least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required Fluent in writing typing skills and have highly developed verbal and written English language A highly motivated individual who is willing to take challenges Possess pleasant personality with mature disposition and good interpersonal and communication skills Responsible organized and professional in handling confidential information PC literate especially in MS Office
