Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Work closely with management team to develop and cascade the organization's policies / guidelines for the employees

Ensure timely and accurate execution payroll processes are in compliance to statutory contributions and deductions

Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

Review, update and maintain proper filing of employee files and data

Preparation of HR- related letters and documentations

HR administrations

Manage and complywith Company's standard, securing and protecting the confidentiality of documents

Perform other general administrative as assigned by superior from time to time





REQUIREMENTS



At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required

Fluent in writing, typing skills and have highly developed verbal and written English language

A highly motivated individual who is willing to take challenges

Possess pleasant personality with mature disposition and good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsible, organized and professional in handling confidential information

PC literate especially in MS Office
