Responsibilities -Assisting the HR Department Head on the following task -Updating maintaining and monitoring employees records such as annual leave attendance and absenteeism medical and hospitalisation in the computer system and respective files Updating employees details in the Attendance Management and Door Access software Arrange refreshments and food for the monthly meetings Follow up with the respective departments on the yearly appraisal forms and leave chart to ensure submission by deadline Handling of employees welfare and benefits such as attending to employees insurance cards and employees medical claims on pre post hospitalisation and SOCSO claims Coordinate and arrange internal trainings for employees as well as company s events and activities General office administrative functions and general filing of the department Attend to any ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required Requirements -Diploma in Human Resource Management Business Administration or its equivalent Minimum 2 Years of working experience in HR related field Must have good computer knowledge ie Excel Word Attendance Management software Committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision Required languages English and Bahasa Malaysia
