Responsible in recruitment of interns to achieve required headcount Leave and claim administration with turn-around-time of 2 days All HR related payments and full cycle of payroll processing including data entry Managing the process of new hire on-boarding such as preparation of all new hire documents IT Forms Access Card Employee Manual Code of Ethics Fit and Proper all payroll forms all statutory forms and bring the new hires for office tour Off boarding of resigned staff Data management of new hires and staff such as creation and updating of Personnel fileFollow up with collection of statutory documents from new hires Undertake and lsquo Maker and rsquo role in inputting employment data into the HRMS Prepare and manage all STF related matters from filling of forms submitting and payments Process CP22 forms for new hires Act as Department Administrator for department staff and rsquo s claims Other adhoc job as required by the superior Job Requirement Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resources Accounting Business Administration or other related subject At least a minimum of 4 years experience in HR related fields Candidate must have a deep sense of responsibility and perseveranceCandidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should be meticulous organised self-motivated proactive and requires minimum supervisionExperienced in banking background would be an added advantage
