Job Description

Role Summary

Head in providing and delivering support on the parts of Human Resource functions which encompass recruitment, compensation & benefits, administration and other HR related matters

Responsibilities

Recruitment



Responsible for the full cycle of all recruitment plan for all level such as screening candidates, conducting interview, preparing salary proposal, and communicating with hiring Manager, negotiate and communicate offer acceptance or any other recruitment related activities to meet the needs of business units



Compensation and Benefits



Responsible for monthly payroll processing, employee compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions and deductions such as EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB and employment return



Administration



Foreign worker administration such as application & renewal work permit, arranging for FOMEMA check-up, arrival, insurance, passport renewal, check out memo, liaise with immigration dept, hostel allocation, hostel discipline & cleanliness

Assist to develop, implement and maintain Human Resources Policies & Procedures, Strategic and guidelines in line with the company business plan

To handle issuance of standard HR letters, document, memorandums and other correspondences

Ensure all HR contracts, agreements and correspondences, and HR administrative matters are updated and recorded accurately and on a timely basis

Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records

To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources and Administrative duties as and when required

Other duties assigned by Management



Requirements



Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Business Study, Human Resource Management or equivalent

Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Good command of English and Malay language, both verbal and written with the ability to interact with people at all levels is required

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications

Analytical and meticulous, with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Resourceful, proactive, effective problem solving approach, well organized, ability to multi-task and self-driven

Familiar with the Malaysian Labour Law and other relevant laws or regulation pertaining to HR field
