Role Summary Head in providing and delivering support on the parts of Human Resource functions which encompass recruitment compensation and benefits administration and other HR related matters Responsibilities RecruitmentResponsible for the full cycle of all recruitment plan for all level such as screening candidates conducting interview preparing salary proposal and communicating with hiring Manager negotiate and communicate offer acceptance or any other recruitment related activities to meet the needs of business units Compensation and BenefitsResponsible for monthly payroll processing employee compensation benefits and statutory contributions and deductions such as EPF SOCSO EIS PCB and employment return AdministrationForeign worker administration such as application and renewal work permit arranging for FOMEMA check-up arrival insurance passport renewal check out memo liaise with immigration dept hostel allocation hostel discipline and cleanlinessAssist to develop implement and maintain Human Resources Policies and Procedures Strategic and guidelines in line with the company business plan To handle issuance of standard HR letters document memorandums and other correspondences Ensure all HR contracts agreements and correspondences and HR administrative matters are updated and recorded accurately and on a timely basis Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee recordsTo undertake any ad-hoc tasks projects pertaining to Human Resources and Administrative duties as and when required Other duties assigned by ManagementRequirements Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Advance Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor and rsquo s Degree Professional Degree in Business Studies Administration Management Business Study Human Resource Management or equivalent Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Good command of English and Malay language both verbal and written with the ability to interact with people at all levels is required Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skillsResourceful proactive effective problem solving approach well organized ability to multi-task and self-driven Familiar with the Malaysian Labour Law and other relevant laws or regulation pertaining to HR field
