Job Responsibilities Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions such as recruitment compensation and benefits payroll training and development employee relations and industrial relations Liaise with all relevant government parties and ensure the compliance to all statutory requirements such as EPF SOSCO IRB immigration and etc Handle all IR matters labour disputes grievances and misconduct including issuance of warning letter termination letter etc General administration task and ad-hoc assignment as assigned Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 3Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skills Microsoft OfficePreferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
