Job Responsibilities Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment compensation and benefits performance management training and development and other HR administration Involve in the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure manpower needs are met and within the required time frame Working closely with the Management to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources in achieving the company business objectives Handle disciplinary issues staff counselling and grievances terminations domestic inquiry and other industrial employee relation matters in compliance with local labour laws inclusive labour court cases and IR court matters Support all HR-related activities and ensure compliance with the Company policies and local legislation Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in any field Excellent organizational skill attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups Team player with ability work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced changing environment Strong analytical and problem solving skill Proficient in MS Office MS Excel MS Power Point Proficiency in English Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is required
