Developing and administering human resources plans according to University and rsquo s Strategic Plans and other policies Monitoring and measuring key workforce parameters including student to academic ratio academic to admin ratio academic workloads cross teaching workloads and other matters that relate to the University operations Updating and managing information related to the appointment of full-time and part-time academic staff including information on the Ministry and rsquo s database portalManaging the process of application and securing teaching permits work visas and other related documentationPlanning organizing and controlling the staff training and engagement activities Contributing to the development of HR department goals objectives and systems Implementing and revising a company and rsquo s compensation program Conducting periodic salary benchmarking surveys Developing analyzing and updating the department and institution and rsquo s salary budget Developing analyzing and updating the staff and rsquo s performance evaluation program Developing revising and recommending University policies and procedures Maintaining and revising the company and rsquo s handbook on policies and procedures Overseeing recruitment efforts including writing and placing job ads Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling Overseeing exit interviews Maintaining department records and reports Participating in administrative staff meetings Payroll and ndash preparing the monthly payroll movement and ensuring the accuracy of the payroll payment statutory payment and all report related Any other tasks assigned from the Management from time to time Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 10 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent and well versed in Malaysia Labour Laws 1955 Will be an added advantage for the candidate who has experience in the education industry and well versed in employee engagement performance and development handling employee disputes and also in HR planning and strategy Candidate must willing to work in Cyberjaya area
