JOB DESCRIPTIONConsults management to ensure that policies comply with law maintains management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions Recruiting interviews tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees planning monitoring and appraising job resultsPrepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation to the new employee to foster positive attitude toward Company culture and goals Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee issues grievances Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys scheduling and conducting job evaluations preparing pay budgets and benefits plan monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions recommending planning and implementing pay structure to determine competitive compensation planPrepares budget of human resources operationsAttending educational workshops establish personal networks to maintain professional and technical knowledgeMaintains historical human resource records by designing filing and retrieval systemPrepares employee separation notices and related documentation conducts exit interviews determining reasons behind separationsPrepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnoverRepresents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigationsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed JOB REQUIREMENTSCandidate must possess at least Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent Required languages Bahasa Malaysia EnglishAt least 3Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent Start Immediately ASAP
