Work closely with Head of Department to manage the entire function of Human Resource Department including human resource planning recruitment performance and talent management analysis and reporting Training and Development and employment relations matters Directing and overseeing the process of manpower planning implement effective hiring and selection techniques implement evaluation procedures assess training needs and coordinating development initiatives and overseeing dismissal process Administrate and monitoring employment compensation benefits and appraisal package Develop human resource policies and ensure employee understand and comply with them Updating records and reports relating to employee in systematic filing and accurate matter Participant in any ac-hoc jobs assigned by Head of Department and general administrative work Job RequirementsCandidate must at least possess excellent undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management and be from prestigious universities At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position We only seek people with dreams and passion Very strong language proficiency in verbal and writing English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Strong knowledge in organizational and analytical skill Good interpersonal skills in communication negotiation and conflict-resolution Good knowledge in current legislation relating to human resource management Candidate would first be based in Batu Pahat and be assigned to station abroad especially Cambodia or China when needed
