Job Scope

- Client is using WorkDay system(Payroll System)
- Manage responsibility for the provision of all payroll process specific services and deliverables (for local and any other countries assigned) covering the following aspects
- Collating HR input data and preparing payroll input data
- Data validation and coordination with HR & Department managers for getting the required clarification
- Verification of payroll data with outsourced vendor
- Manage authorization and timely payment of payroll to employees
- Review of monthly payroll accounting entries produced by the outsourced vendor or internal business units (eg HR, Finance) for accuracy
- Timely resolutions of any irregularities as necessary for posting accounting entries into GL before month end close
- Initiate timely payroll accounting entries as necessary for exceptions for posting into GL before month end close
- Review monthly payroll reconciliations
- To deliver high quality payroll data and pay always in time
- To monitor and ensure that error rate does not exceed 05% each month
- Manage Expat Taxation
- Attend to employee queries
- Participate in payroll related projects
- Perform ad hoc activities related to payroll
- Other Administrative duties assigned by the Team Lead / Manager


- Language English, Thai
- Education Background Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
- Skill
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel application
Client is using WorkDay system(Payroll System)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and write in Thai is a must
Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Drive & self-motivation with the ability to work independently
