Job Description

This position resides within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Build Workflows and write automated scripts Technical leadership, peer code review and ensure that team is following all the best practices Build and assist in the deployment of required enhancements to the Service Now Platform for IAM Access Administration Build and assist in the development of UI Policies, UI actions, and scripts Implementation of Service Catalogs using dynamic workflows and/or orchestration Provide advanced support for the IAM Access Administration by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software Expertise in writing JavaScript for ServiceNow Expertise in unit and integration testing IAM ServiceNow changes Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS and AJAX practices Demonstrated successful implementation of dynamic catalog items Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quicklyResponsibilities
The role is responsible for gathering of business and technical requirements with the goal of using ServiceNow industry best practices Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments, while adhering to AIG’s security policy and security standards Ability to lead onboarding of new applications into IAM’s standards framework, coordinate gathering of requirements, lead testing of implementation and coordinate various resources in order to set adequate expectations Process elements include procedures, knowledge management, metrics, risk identification, as well as understanding of the catalog of service items The candidate must have an understanding of service management, including incident and problem management and be able to work across multiple business units and technologies
Qualifications 5 plus years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, implementation and configuration using ServiceNow ITSM solution Working knowledge of ServiceNow components Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS Hands on Integration experience with third party tool or applications with ServiceNow specifically SailPoint Understand full application lifecycle ServiceNow certification is desired Exposure to business application provisioning and de-provisioning Hands-on experience troubleshooting Identity Access Management solutions and services, with working knowledge of access control models across technologies Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook Familiar with Sailpoint Identity Management System Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work with clients that are geographically distributed worldwide Strong customer service skills with high standard of delivery Proactive and accountable with the ability to maintain a steady work pace with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Must be able to work during off hours and holidays when requiredKey Working Relationships
