Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably [Position Level] specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
We are seeking an outstanding and innovative ICT Technician to join a dynamic and supportive department. The main responsibilities of this role are to act as the first line of support for ICT issues, undertake general maintenance of computer networks and equipment, promote their effective usage and provide IT support for classrooms. We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual with service and technical support background. You will be expected to provide hands-on support. All applicants must have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and to manage priorities effectively. Customer care skills are an extremely important factor in the role.
