POSITION SUMMARY:The Customer Service Professional (CSP) role is to resolve customer complaints via phone. The CSP is required to greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. The CSP is also require to assist customers in their enquiries.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistanceProfessionally handle high volume of inquiries from customersAchieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer serviceAble to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goalsMust demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all timesUndertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the ManagementREQUIREMENTS:Must possess minimum SPMExperience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to applyGood command of spoken and written English and Bahasa MalaysiaPersonality traits Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focusedCustomer service skills Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners and communication skillsStress tolerance and able to work under pressureAble to work on public holidays and weekendsRequired to have own transportation arrangement
