Job Description of the Roles

To attend inbound calls pertaining customer concerns and inquiries related to service communication product

To assist customer and maintain high professionalism to the customer

To escalate cases and follow up with the customer

To understand and communicate with customers Provide customers with the necessary support

To achieve monthly KPI performance

To be successful and the RIGHT candidate for this role, you will need to have

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field

Ability to converse fluently in Native Indo and English

Good verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette along with active listening skills

With or without experience

Full-Time position(s) available

Must be able to work on a rotational shift basis (8AM to 12AM)
