Job DescriptionInside Client Product TechnologistGeneral SummaryResponsible for driving the Client Inside Sales business, i.e. Run-Rate & Small Bids, through pre-sales technical / product support to the inside sales organization and customers; focus on tactical business initiatives, Key Performance Indicators and in-quarter execution.Dell EMC’s Inside Sales organization is an innovative and operationally efficient remote sales engine providing scalable selling capabilities & market reach to generate massive client business pipeline and revenue.Provide technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process. Assist in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs.Job responsibilitiesFocus on Dell Client Solutions / Products and assist in selling activities and positioning of these technologies through inside sales teamsSupports the achievement of revenue goals (Run Rate & Small Bids)Responsible for developing and executing the GTM(Grow To Market) strategy and demand-gen activitiesAdvise sales / customer of product features, configurations, pricing, services, availability, etc. Incumbents will have sufficient knowledge to understand product features and the benefits to customersDrive Dell EMC s core client business demand into installed base and net new accounts working through the inside sales organization. Establish plans and strategies to defend, expand and grow the customer baseBuild a close relationship with Enterprise / Commercial / Channel Inside SalesAct as a business and product advisor to the Inside Sales Leaders and their teams to achieve Business Unit goals and prioritiesDrive and track in-country CSG(Client Solutions Group) critical few to ensure business unit is hitting the planned goalsAble to identify root cause related to business / operational gaps and proactively work on action items, escalating proactively where necessaryDeliver technical presentations to sales teams with the purpose of increasing the knowledge base to drive greater demandMaintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of Dell’s and competitors products servicesCross-functional engagement with Marketing, Special Pricing, Product Group and Demand SupplyRequirementTypically requires 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experienceFunctional knowledge of field sales procedures, relevant technologies, and potential customer usage applicationsAbility to communicate clearly and present to leadershipMaximum 36 months of working experience.Required skill(s): Technical Support
