Job Description

Every day is different, but here is an overview of what you will be required to doPerform against a financial target every quarter from your assigned vertical and assigned End User accountsIdentify, qualify and close opportunities for target prospects via pro-active outbound calling and inbound marketing lead generation via telephone contact and utilizing social selling techniquesIdentify, qualify and close vertical opportunities by inbound lead follow-up within a defined SLA expectationEnsure all sales activities are recorded in Poly’s Sales CRM – SalesforcecomAchieve weekly KPI’s monitored by management with a focus on call times and qualityProvide accurate weekly forecasting and visibility into sales activityFocus on positioning Poly’s Product Portfolio and Services specific to Inside Sales motion, excluding renewalsCompile and regularly update weekly sales/campaign activities (inbound and outbound opportunity management) To include the monitoring and reporting on all competitive activities within the accountImplement campaigns to aggressively target new Product/Service attach opportunities (eg mine the base, product bundles, etc)Align with the Regional Sales Lead’s strategy for the geography The ISAM should also team with Regional/Country Channel stakeholders to ensure successful closure of opportunitiesLiaise with Sales Engineering and Poly’s broader services organization to ensure product and/or service recommendations and quotations are accurate and meet the customer’s requirementsUndertake any other duties required to assist in the successful operation of the departmentESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSTypically, 2 years+ of related experience (eg business development, inside sales account management, pipeline management, technology sales)Demonstrable track record of sales success with strong selling capabilities, and an ability to process and retain large amounts of informationStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to influence at all levels within an accountEducated to A level (or country equivalent) standardGCSE pass at grades C or above in English and Maths (or country equivalent)Fluent in English - verbally and written at business levelFluent in Thai - verbally and written at business levelCompetency Profile
