Responsibilities:To be fully accountable for the total Profit & Loss for of the assigned territory-Middle East Countries.Established qualitative and quantitative objectives for the Key Customers e.g. Key Accounts (if applicable), Direct Sales Team (if applicable) Distributors and sales forceBuild a good network, by developing personal relationship with the Distributors.Build Strategic Customer Relationship with Key Account CustomersEnsure that his/her hierarchy has the latest market information and alert on outstanding facts, opportunities or threats.Think continuously on how to adapt his/her organization, jobs and training to the Distributor team, search for better efficiency and return on investment.Ensure implementation of Sales initiative/launches with speed and effectivenessAchievement of sales KPIs set by the companyEnsures best possible situation for company’s products at storesManages promotion expense within budgetRequirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree,in Economics, Marketing, Business Studies / Management or equivalent.Minimum 8 years related experience with minimum 5 years sales experience.Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.Experience in managing Modern Trade, General Trade with International Exposure.Experience in Distributor Management / Close Market System.Possess strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.Analytical, strong negotiation skills and problem solving skils.A good team player.
