INTRODUCTIONThis is a newly created position The candidate would be tasked to develop this new division He is expected to enhance and strengthen the present network of agents and existing clients outside of Malaysia It is envisaged that this division would eventually be converted to an independent company within the group DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESContacting with worldwide distributors and setting sales forecasting and sales targets Assisting distributors in identifying sales opportunities or prospects or end customers in the market Evaluating annually to review performance activity and set up targets Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review sameDevelop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive managementDesign various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launchesEnsure effective hiring orientation training development and retention of sales Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company and rsquo s ruleDevelop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of companyProvide and implement various company pricing policiesMaintain efficient relationship with all international customersResponsible for directing the process of assigning territories revenue goals and commission plans for the international sales organization This position will be responsible for directing the overall sales process and for the design and implementation and programs that ensure the communication necessary to all associate personnel to support the productive growth of international membership and revenue Responsible for both field and inside sales personnel and directs the international sales organization to achievement of sales revenue and budget targets for region one Attend clinical meetings seminar and conferences as appropriate SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS 1 Strong remote and direct sales skills 2 Should have solid negotiation skills 3 Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills 4 Possess high presentation and demonstration skills 5 Prepared to travel anytime 6 Great drive and personality 7 Past experience in printing industry would be an advantage REQUIREMENTS3 to 5 years of experienceDegree in business administration or a related fieldExcellent mentoring coaching and people management skillsProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeAble to speak in Bahasa and English fluently
