Project OverviewYou will be assigning to assist in a project to empower Malay women to run a Food business with uplifted hygienic standards by building culinary skills via Unilever Food Solutions UFS marketing their end products and getting support and collaboration with the government Chefmanship Academy is a training program for food operators and chefs alike designed and owned by UFS Partnership with National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia NAWEM and UFS customers Pak Grocer formerly My Mydin to enriched entrepreneur and cooking skills to aspiring women that want to run a food business Key featuresCreate Project Scope to identify potential Entrepreneurs Create a profile criterion for selection develop project flow with roles and responsibility for each organization Identify Critical control points propose Success KPI and rsquo s and end-result Develop a standalone success business model once the project is executed Assist Operator Marketing and ndash follow-up on the operations of Partnership Project with NAWEM and Pak Grocer Coordination and completion of projects timely withinthe budget and within scope Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Monitor and analyze project performance Key RequirementsCurrentlypursuing Degree in any field of study or equivalent Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications PowerPoint and Excel - Pivot Table V-Lookup Formatting Diagrams Charting project management and communication tools Good organization skills analytical skills and detail-oriented Result Oriented individual Multilingual and ndash English Malay and Mandarin Able to commit forat least three 3 months preferably up to six 6 months Available to commence from October 2019 onward Fresh graduate who is seeking an internship experience is encouraged to apply Note Kindly state your availability of the internship in the Make your pitch box before your job submission to help us to screen througheffectivelyif you are truly eager to join us
