You will be working on latest technology nodes to create optimum IP to be used in many of consumer products that enrich millions of people life around the world.Job Responsibilities include:Standard Cell design automation flow development, including architecture evaluation, PPA assessment and test key design.Standard-Cell and IO library characterization, focus on methodology development, data analysis and flow automation.Front-End & Back-End design kit generation, quality assurance check and flow development.SRAM compiler tiling, verification, timing/power/noise characterization and flow developmentSRAM behavioral, power aware, DFT modeling and verificationSRAM liberty template developmentRequirements:Bachelor or Masters in: Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer ScienceAt least 3 yrs of experienceSkills:Proficient in script programming with Perl, Tcl, Python or C/C++Circuit design experience in deep submicron technologies with understanding of Design Rule Manual, layout rulesand Physical Verification check.Familiar with foundation IP (Standard-cell, Memory, I/O) design and/or CAD is a plusGood knowledge in IEEE 1800-2017, IEEE 1801-2018 standardKnowledge of data analysis, machine learning is a plusStrong problem solving and analytical skill
