Responsibilities:Provide 1st Level Technical Support to users over phone on technical issue or via remote assistance tool and emails etcEscalation, tracking and resolution of all incident/service requests/ problems in a professional and timely Manner (SLA environment)Perform basic IT support like password resets like AD, Office 365 etcLogging of e-tickets for casesRequirements:1 year of experience in a service / helpdesk desk environment
