ResponsibilitiesTo plan for Company’s IT and related Infrastructure roadmap including annual budget to support company’s expansion goal;To recommend and implement IT policies/standard/processes for the Company, including putting in place and effective IT Support structure and process;Responsible for stable and secure environment, incident management and the asset management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support;To manage and provide in-house IT support capability in both hardware and software for HQ and Retail boutiques/stores within Malaysia;To lead, supervisor and perform setup, install and troubleshoot for problems related to hardware/software and application system support LANs, WANs network segments including CCTV’s, POS systems, internet, and intranet system;Perform regular review/audit of IT Security policies and enforcement;Make recommendations for future upgrades;Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectivenessRequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent;At least minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;Knowledge and experience in SAP is an added advantage;Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems;Strong analytical skills and creative;Adaptable, Proactive, be able to work under pressure and ability to manage personnel
