Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the productEmploy a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problemIdentify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problemConducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in IT FieldRequired language Mandarin (Applicable for mandarin allowance)Fresh Graduates with Cert/Degree/Diploma in IT encourage to applyTraining will be providedApplicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts
