1. Responsible for the full recruiting cycle - identify, source, screen and offer candidates base on skill requirements from Capability Directors and line management
2. Ensure quality sources to provide desired flow of recruits, including agency management
3. Develop and execute recruiting communications strategies to ensure consistent messages tying in with employment branding initiative go out to the prospective candidates.
4. Effectively market externally (professional networks, Social Medias, third party recruiters, search firms, vendors). - Promote and enhance internal referral program to encourage recommendations from staff.
5. Maintain and track recruiting KPIs e.g. cost per hire, Time to fill, Offer/Decline - Leverage the company recruiting system
