Your Job Responsibilities
To assist or be involved in analyzing industry / sales data of Asian countries where merchandises are deployed and in forecasting upcoming tendencies.Be responsible for preparing sales reports for management; the report needs to be written in English as well as in Japanese.Certain job placements may require related experience on market analysis, system operation, and business negotiations.Work closely with management at department for monthly meetings preparations as well as annual Business Plan development.To create working relationships (coordinate / liaise) with other internal departments and relevant parent / sister companies.To coordinate & provide secretarial support related to Japanese expatriates in the division.To support other ad-hoc tasks as and when is required.

What We Looking For In This Position
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.Fluent in speaking and writing Japanese language; working/ studying experience in Japan is preferable.Minimum 2 years working experience in Overseas Sales and Marketing field will be an added advantage.Possess strong communication skills with the ability to work independently with all levels of management staff.Ability to deliver quality results, result-oriented with a drive for excellence qualities and able work under pressure.Strong MS Office application and presentation skill, especially excel and power point.
