Job Description

Responsibilities-Involved in cooking and food preparation according to standard operating proceduresResponsible for smooth operations of kitchen dutiesAttend to all kitchen duties including stock checking and inventory managementEnsure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping standardsEnsure food is stored, prepared and presented in a safe and hygienic mannerAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements-
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Studies, Food & Beverage Services or equivalentAt least 1 year of working experience in a related fieldPositive working attitude and responsible characterHands-on experience with various kitchens equipmentWilling to work in shift patternsApplicant must be willing to work in Nu Sentral / Pavilion
