Job Description

Responsibilties :
Provide administrative related responsibilities to support and meet Group Managing Director’s Office needs in an effective and efficient manner.Manage daily administrative tasks within Group Managing Director (GMD) Office.Manage and process travel arrangements eg visa, flight, restaurant and accommodation reservations for GMD.Coordinate with drivers and bodyguard and update daily schedule and daily travel arrangement for GMD and family members.Office maintenance - stock management for stationeries, refreshments, filing of documents, repairs and maintenance.Prepare presentation materials and business proposals for GMD.Organise and support events hosted by GMD (internal and external).Manage other ad-hoc tasksAnticipate the needs of GMD in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder of any majors or equivalentMeticulous, detailed and task focused.Able to read, write and converse fluently in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Hokkien and Cantonese would be an added advantage.Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.Flexible and adapt easily to changes.Resourceful, great learning attitude and willing to try new tasks.Able to organise events and activities.Independent, able to work with minimum supervision.Able to set priorities and meet deadlines; have a sense of urgency for deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, Excel and Word.Applicant must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama
