Job Description

ResponsibilitiesThe Clerk performs a variety of administration, human resource and general accounting support tasks.Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP)Compile and organize data, files and prepare a variety of reports.Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.Investigates questionable data.Any other duties as and when required to ensure proper administration of the office.RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.New graduates are encouraged to apply.Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Computerised AccountingPreferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.Prefer candidates staying nearby Taman Melawati, Ulu Klang, Setiawangsa or Wangsa Maju.
