Business nature:Software/Information Processing, IT/Telecommunications, Retail, Manufacturing(Electronics/Semiconductors), Manufacturing(Machinery), Trading Firm, Retail/Distribution(Other), Real Estate, Other-A very developed companyWorking location: bukit bintangWorking hour: weekdayMon to Fri 8:30AM-6:00PM (might required flexible working hours due to the job nature.)Salary range: RM3000-RM4000 (basic)Lead/support testing of PeopleSoft functionalityUpdates, maintains and audits HR data across PeopleSoft modules and other sub systems as assignedSupports HRIS system changes, upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assignedAnalyse and processes inquiries and system issues in a timely manner by thoroughly researching issues, interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies and practices, determining the action needed and providing/executing appropriate solutionsProvides frontline functional/ technical support by working with HRIS support/ 3rd party vendor to troubleshoot system and end-user issuesPerforms a variety of general office activities to support the HRIS functionWrite scopes of work and functional specifications to include: table setup, data conversion, workflows reportsDevelop and update operating procedures and training materials as neededSupport small-to-large scale projects for PeopleSoft implementations and modificationsProvide guidance and training to users on how to use the system more effectivelyMaintain a close working relationship with all integrated functions to ensure system performance is workingAssist with task prioritization and assignment, and support other team members as appropriateMaintain appropriate level of process, functional and technical knowledge and participate in training to continue to develop such knowledgeAssist to ensure that all assignments are completed with the highest quality and within agreed-to ServiceLevel Agreement guidelines and Key Performance Indicator targetsIdentify and implement continues improvement initiatives as assigned Execute and support adhoc task as assignedRequirement:- Language : MUST English and Mandarin (added advantage)- Education Background : Must Degree from IT related course- Experience : 1 year working experience & skilfull of C++/ C#Contact:1.
