Manage all aspects and create learning programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectivesMust be able to curate curriculums and develop learning solutions based on the 70/20/10 learning modelWork closely with the Global Talent Development team to define the learning and development strategies, and customize the talent development curriculum based on localized needsAct as the go to person within the organization for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plansIdentify, Plan and Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) survey and develop the right training plan and matrix based on objectivesMeasure the impact of the learning programs by conducting assessments, feedback surveys, analyze the reports/data from feedback and turning/interpreting it into useful information that will improve the development programs/curriculumsProvide recommendations on process improvements and change management based on the insightful data analysisEmbrace different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, coaching, etcHaving an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required trainingPartner with SMEs/Training reps to develop evolving enhancements of existing and new program materialsDevelop and Maintain strategic partnerships with selected 3rd party training providersPartner/Consult leaders across the company to support the programs and processes, which will directly impact the business unit specific people development initiatives that aligns with the BU goals for performance improvementsDrive end-to-end talent readiness for learning and development programs (understanding challenges, target audience, conduct focus group, developing content, designing assessments, interactive activities and ROI measurements)Develop relationships with Government Departments, eg Talent Corp, PSBM, etc to comprehend and identify what funded programs the company can leverage onShould have good HRDF knowledge (policies, processes, etc)

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, or related disciplines, with minimum 1 – 2 years experience in a management role, and minimum 7 years experience in design or product developmentStrong knowledge in hardware development flow from schematic entry, layout, signal integrity simulation, to design verification and validationCompetent in Digital system design with experience in Microprocessor, FPGA and High Speed designs Familiar with communication protocols such as Ethernet and USBExperience in regulatory and manufacturing assembly is a plusExperience in Project Management and Agile methodologies is an added advantageHighly organized with good time management and ability to work well under pressureExcellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
