ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will execute the Learning and Organizational Development Strategy for the Asia Pacific Region. You will be responsible for the successful design and implementation of programs and experiences to support and accelerate the development of talent within the business, as well as leading and supporting strategic learning initiatives at a global level. You will report to Director Learning & Organizational Development, Asia Pacific and can be based in Bangi or Kajang.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Design, develop and deliver learning solutions utilizing a variety of media to meet specific development needs that will have the greatest impact on the organization.Collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to understand the business opportunities and identify development needsDrive and manage the rollout of leadership programs in Asia Pacific countriesDevelop metrics and evaluation methods to measure learning effectivenessAct as a regional coordinator to manage all learning administrations of our key global leadership programsAdvice and monitor the certification of internal trainers and coaches in the Asia Pacific regionParticipate in Organization Development project and offer learning and development advice and supportVendor relations and vendor management (contracts, identification of external programs to meet targeted needs not internally supported, processing of invoices, etc.)Manage the Learning Management System and other internal learning tools/ platforms for the region.Conduct assessments and related coaching of employees at all levelsProject management and influence skills will be key, as will be presence/facilitation skills
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Degree/master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related discipline required6 years’ relevant experience in Training/learning and Development/Organization DevelopmentGood knowledge of the full training cycle and some exposure in Organization Development is required..Previous experience gained in MNCs with a matrix structure and/or in a regional role will be highly advantageousDesire to learn, strong customer-orientation, adaptability to change and fast-paced environmentWilling to travel on a regular basis
