LEARNING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities
Coordinate learning programs and curricula, understand and document processes and effectively use Learning Management Systems and related toolsDrive collaboration and continuous improvement in a matrix environment, including regular feedback on processes and systems, exception handling and customer feedbackManage communications with business/HR partners, participants, managers and facilitators throughout the process, including use of social mediaMonitor and report on registration and completion status and take appropriate actionRespond to queries and manage issues relating to the learning programs and Learning Management SystemsAssist program owners in annual and on-demand planning including budgets and financial reportingManage vendors and providers, search for program locations, agree on fees and conditions and ensure purchase order, invoice and payment processing Track costs and collaborate in cross-charging to the business
Hiring Standards

• Minimum Bachelor degree or higher
• Fluent and proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Fluent and proficient in Mandarin / Japanese (written and spoken), as this role will require to support China and Japan
• Has at least 1 to 3 years working experience in Learning, HR or project management
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exemplary customer service orientation
• Has good organization and planning skills
• Has strong analytical, critical thinking and process improvement skills
• Experience in working in Learning Management Systems, ERP/HR systems (SAP), MS Office (Excel advanced), collaboration tools and social media

SENIOR LEARNING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end learning programs and curricula, understand and document processes and effectively use Learning Management System and related tools For web-based learning, manage the setup, testing, deployment and updates of curricula across the global enterprise environment Manage learning material and content updatesDrive collaboration and continuous improvement in a matrix environment, including regular feedback on processes and systems, exception handling and customer feedback Manage communications with business/HR partners, participants, managers and facilitators throughout the process, including utilization of internal social media Manage “train the trainer” programsMonitor and report on registration and completion status and take appropriate action Respond to queries and manage issues relating to the learning programs and Learning Management SystemsAssist program owners in annual and on-demand planning including budgets and financial reporting Manage vendors and providers, search for program locations, agree on fees and conditions and ensure purchase order, invoice and payment processing Track costs and collaborate in cross-charging to the businessEnsure that all processes are executed in compliance with internal values, behaviors, policies and standards
