Your Job Responsibilities:
Ensure achievement of performance against leasing targets set in line with the business level.Develop leasing strategy including but not limited to the development of attractive leasing packages, mechandising mix plan, product placement plan and tenant bundling.Ensure the successful leasing of retail, food & beverage and service outlets, in line with the commercial terms set out in the leasing budget, as well as the predetermined strategy.Ensure that the merchandizing mix of tenants achieves the positioning of the project as a lifestyle destination for retail,F&B and leisure activity.Ensure that the leasing policy is strictly adhered to at all times.Perform and ascertain market intelligence in order to gain information that would lead to maximizing the mix and quality of the tenant representation within the project.Maintain strong relationships with tenants in order to facilitate the inclusion of their concepts as part of the master strategy and to build and maintain relationships.Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category so as to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up.Conduct presenattions and site visits for prospective tenants.Lead the negotiation and closure of individual leasing.
Possess education qualification of Degree/ Higher and Diploma.For whose age ranging from 35-45.Possess at least 7 years of working experience in the related field.Immediate starter.
