Job Responsibilities Preparing legal documents Ensure legal documents are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner to comply with appropriate regulations and deadlines file and archive all documents in compliance with the files and subject matters Provide legal advice to support the respective business units by reviewing and or drafting of contracts and agreements this includes advising on all pre-contract post-contract and related issues to handle legal issues that is related to business and propose appropriate mitigation solutions to provide legal advice in all legal matters including corporate affairs Keeping management updated on the latest legislative and regulatory changes prepare a standard legal contracttemplates and precedents for the company Assist Head of Legal in drafting and or vetting transactional documents agreements Protect the company against legal risks and violations Conduct research and analysis of legal related matters Interpret laws rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses Provide and guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure the company complies with legal regulations Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Undertake other assignments as required Ad-hoc assignment as required Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree Post-Graduate Diploma Professional Degree in Law Required languages English Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin have to deal with mandarin AgreementAt least 1Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skills MS Powerpoint MS Excel MS Office Legal research legal advice administrative and management Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Law Legal Services or equivalent Travel with own transport
