Job Description

Responsibilities:Provide general and loan administrative support.Create and maintain Customer files as well as manage customer profile and documentation.Review hard copy data and key into Excel template and system.Key in data collected directly from customers.Manage templates, database and data without any mistake.Review data for errors and rectify the errors immediately.Produce data reports as and when necessary.Carry out any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in any field.Well versed inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skills; interpersonal Communication Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Phone Skills.A team player with a pleasant personality.Attention to detail and a fast learner.
