Job Description

Job DescriptionTo execute and support purchase activities to ensure the goods deliver to customer on time.Prepare for delivery or pickup according to order (documentation, load, pack, wrap, label, deliver).Trace, track and purchase/delivery processes. Liaise with account department on billing process.Ensure all payments are processed according to the agreed terms.Maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.Manage and handle loading/unloading of products and ensure both quality and quantity.Maintain stock records inventories up to date.Keep neat and clean of the warehouse premise.Organize and maintain the records for “Customer’s support” samples.Repack and coordinate with the forwarder on the samples despatch upon received the request from marketing team.To assist and cooperate with other PCA personnel as and when required.Requirements:Minimum higher secondary/STPM/DiplomaGood command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.Computer literate: Words, Excel. Basic knowledge on PC/Laptop troubleshooting will be added advantage.Good self-discipline, honest, hardworking and willing to learnAble to work independently
