Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree any field At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical Administrative Support or equivalent 3 Full-Time positions available Willing to work in Shah Alam 5 working days Monday-Friday normal office hour Well-established MNC with good working environment Responsibilities To administer purchasing logistic functions material planning and sales delivery Coordinate activities with warehouse and production personnel regarding material requirement to do material planning procurement purchasing function and able to negotiate with suppliers on price availability and delivery schedule Keep track of incoming material on quality delivery time and transportation cost Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with the QC inspection personnel to determine source of trouble and take corrective action Monitoring of stock level and replenish accordingly Handle import export shipments application of FTA form D Other tasks assigned by superior
