Job Description

Job Desriptions

Scheduling of daily delivery

Conduct daily Tool Box meeting

Verifying delivered quantity Delivery Orders against driver record sheet and 2nd trip delivery

To ensure full compliance of legalize reguirements - NEA, SCDF, MOM, LTA

Coordinating vehicle for routine servicing

Check leasing invoice for truck and tracking devices

Provide tire replacement record for leasing truck

Submitting Delivery Performance Report

Conduct engagement with driver at site, as per schedule

Verifying vehicle checklist and to inform his superior if driver had reported any faulty item

Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management

Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in gas or chemical industry

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics Management

Good interpersonal and communication skills
