Job Description

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to Responsible for maintenance activities at service stations and or commercial facilitiesResponds to internal and external customer requests for maintenance to company assets and investor assets as dealer franchise agreements dictatePlans schedules and coordinates maintenance providersto ensure facilities remain in optimalcondition to support sales effortsMonitors and reviews on-site work of service providers to ensure that work meets expectations and quality assuranceResponsible for the control and documentation of plant property and equipment inventory for assets in area of responsibilityAccountable manage and monitoring for Opex and Capex expensesIdentifies implements appropriate actions to provide continuous expense reductionsManages and supervises facility improvement development and image enhancement projects as per business plansEnsures that projects are completed within timelines budget quality to meet required design standards and ensure compliance with OEHES standardsWorks with stakeholders to prepare business cases forcapital major expense projects and assisting in development of GO-36 sDevelops implementation plans schedules and controls for project implementationApproves payment for invoices and monitors costs of projectsIdentifies opportunity for continuous improvement of programs projectsEnsures that Safe Work Practices are understood and implemented by internal and external maintenance providers as appropriateProvides assistance to disseminate OEHES awareness and ensures compliance of OEHES policyCoordinates with Retail C and I and Asset Optimizing team as appropriate on risk assessment closure and management change of sitesManages site remedy and closure in accordance to OEHES policyDevelops and executes a contracting plan and supports the management of vendor contractsCoordinates with procurement and other stakeholders to obtain competitive terms and conditions for supplies of materials and servicesMonitors and evaluates performance of service providersReviews number of contracts required selects contractors for primary work assignments establishing emergency contractor list and conducts annual contractor reviews on site and performance based in conjunction with other stakeholdersRecommends issuance and cancellation of contracts as appropriateRequired Qualifications Bachelor and rsquo s Degree in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent is preferredMinimum 4 years relevant experienceStrong drive for performance and resultsGood understanding of OEHES standards and practicesProject management skills to manage multiple projectsEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong technical and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and collaborative skillsRelocation Options Relocation will not be considered International Considerations Expatriate assignments will not be considered Privacy Policy By submitting an application uploading your resume or CV you acknowledge and agree that you are providing personal information about you to Chevron its subsidiaries and affiliates to consider whether you are an appropriate candidate for a position and that such information may be shared with Chevron affiliates subsidiaries or vendors and may be transferred to locations outside the country of collection All information supplied will be treated as strictly confidential for the purpose of selection and recruitment Only short-listed candidates will be notified for candidates not selected we would like to thank you in advance for your interest in a Chevron career
