Responsibilities To handle registration storage and archiving of all Agreement Application either in Region Office or warehouse To ensure all registration of Agreement Application into system are accurate and archive accordingly To perform housekeeping exercise by registering agreements into systemTo ensure all documents are properly filed and safekeeping in agreement room warehouse To controlcustomer documents agreements and document retrieval as and when requested by other parties To provide full support to other team member within the branch in term of customer service and improvement solution Requirements Fresh Diploma STPM holder are welcome to applyFast typing skills Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferredExcellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets MS Office Word Excel etc Basic understanding of databasesGreat attention to detailPoses own transport and willing to travelA strong team player independent result oriented and committed to any task was assigned by the managementMust be willing to work beyond office hour to meet datelines as at when required by the Management
