Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Roleholder will be responsible for assessing training needs in collaboration with functional heads & develop training programs accordingly

Design training programs using different techniques

Plan and implement an effective training curriculum

Schedule & deliver various training sessions

Evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of trainees progress

Responsible for initiating & driving various employee engagement activities at the Unit



Job Requirements



Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

At least 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Training & Development or equivalent
