Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of support and administrative work and attend to clients on all administrative matters Preparation of necessary documents for meetings or routine reporting as assigned Provide advice on administrative requirements and ensure it is in compliance Conversant in handling all administrative requests Other corporate and administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements At least 1 years of administrative customer service project coordination experienceAttention to details and able to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner Ability to work independently with minimal supervision resourceful has initiative and self-motivated Good computer skills Must be able to read write and converse in Mandarin to relate with the working counterpart
