Job Responsibilities:To provide secretarial service in managing and administering secretarial practices and corporate secretarial requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulationsTo assist in the preparation of pre and post meetingsTo ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documentsTo prepare resolutions, minutes and statutory documentsTo be able to handle basic secretarial duties with minimum supervisionTo attend to ad-hoc assignmentsJob Requirements:ICSA graduates or currently pursuing ICSA courseWith at least 5 years working experience for Manager in the company secretarial functionGood interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levelGood command of English and Bahasa Malaysia are requiredAble to provide prompt delivery of tasksMeticulous and multi-task in a fast paced working environment
