Job Description

A well-known conglomerate is hiring a Corporate Secretarial Manager with minimum 8 years of experience.Job description:Familiar with the Companies Act, 2016 and the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements.Assist in the drafting of Board and Committee agendas and minutes of meeting.Calendar Board and Committee meetings.Attend Board meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc.Prepare certified resolutions.Prepare and lodge statutory or non-statutory documents with the relevant authorities.Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.Maintain and update the statutory books and records and other materials in compliance with the Companies Act, 2016 and any other regulatory requirements such as the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, etc.Advise on and ensure clients’ compliance with the Companies Act, 2016, the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements and other relevant statutory requirements.Requirements:At least 8 years of experience in handling corporate secretarial workHas ICSA/ Company Secretary licenseGood written and verbal English communication skillsMature and strong interpersonal skillsIf you are interested to apply for the role, you may email your latest resume to [email protected] or call Jane at 03-2713 8830 for more details.
